What Our Customers Say

What Our Customers Say

Thanks to Mosaic’s Array, we’re not just keeping up with demand – we’re redefining what’s possible in engineering education.

Gene Woten, UTDesign®’s Studio Manager

Mosaic’s Array system has been integral to our growth and innovation and Premier Orthotics Lab…My throughput, my output, my capacity has increased tremendously, and the quality of the product is incredible.

Fareen Samji, CEO and Founder, Premier Orthotics Labs

The ability to develop and produce custom plastic parts at scale, on our factory floor, is great for our business and new client acquisition.

James McColl, Senior Program Manager Microart Services Inc.

Students at all levels of education should have access to an Array. It is essential if we’re encouraging STEM education, design engineering thinking, prototyping, iteration – students should have a reliable 3D printer to make parts in the volumes they need.

Cody Soska, Technical Specialist at IDeATe

Array really automates 3D printing by making it a hands off procedure, I can send a print from my computer at home and not have to come into the office at 9pm – the parts are just sitting there ready for me the next day.

Connor Reddington, Avid (a Lubrizol Company)

Element’s High Performance, High Temperature Workflow

Load High-Temp Filaments with Confidence

Element HT is built for advanced thermoplastics like PEEK and PEKK, offering exceptional strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. Its heated filament chamber ensures consistent, high-quality results from start to finish.

Precision Preheating in a 450°C Hot End

The all-metal hot end reaches up to 450°C, enabling precise extrusion of ultra-polymers without thermal degradation. This supports strong interlayer adhesion and dimensional accuracy, even in complex parts with tight tolerances.

Controlled High-Heat Printing Environment

With a build chamber reaching 80°C, Element HT maintains thermal stability during extended print jobs. This minimizes warping and supports proper crystallinity in high-performance polymers, which require controlled cooling for optimal part quality.

Reliable Adhesion with High-Temp Build Surface

The print bed heats up to 120°C, promoting secure first-layer adhesion for industrial-grade polymers. It supports both large-format and high-density parts without lifting or curling—crucial for aerospace, automotive, and medical applications.

Post-Processing Ready, Engineering-Grade Parts

Finished prints from Element HT are ready for functional testing, high-load applications, or sterilization, depending on the material. With the ability to produce end-use parts directly on the print bed, Element HT reduces the need for outsourcing or costly tooling.
