Mosaic ESD-PETG is an electrostatic-dissipative PETG blend engineered for use around sensitive electronics. It provides the toughness and printability of standard PETG while safely preventing electrostatic discharge, making it ideal for enclosures, jigs, fixtures, and tooling in electronics manufacturing environments.
What is ESD-PETG?
Durable and easy to use. Explore ESD-PETG’s material specifications and key properties below.
Mosaic ESD-PETG delivers 39.01 MPa tensile strength and a 1994 MPa modulus, balancing toughness and rigidity for functional parts. Its 9.10% elongation at break provides moderate ductility for impact-resistant housings and fixtures.
With a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 75.2 °C, ESD-PETG maintains mechanical stability under typical operating temperatures found in electronics handling and production settings.
ESD-PETG delivers controlled static dissipation (~3.4 × 10⁵ Ω surface resistivity) to prevent charge buildup that can damage sensitive components. It also provides the chemical resistance typical of PETG, making it well suited for industrial and manufacturing environments.
