Toronto, Canada — [July 8, 2026] — Mosaic Manufacturing and kristoFOAM have announced a collaboration to develop advanced additive manufacturing solutions and applications for digitally produced foam products. This partnership brings together kristoFOAM’s deep expertise in foam manufacturing with Mosaic’s automated 3D printing platform to advance the development and commercialization of foam production technologies.

Through this collaboration, Mosaic and kristoFOAM are working to replace traditional tooling-based workflows with digital manufacturing processes that enable faster product development, rapid design iteration, and more flexible production. Additive manufacturing also unlocks new design possibilities that are difficult or impossible to achieve using conventional foam manufacturing methods, including precise control of material properties, variable-density structures, and highly complex geometries.
