Mechanical Properties

Mosaic Flex offers high elasticity and toughness, with a 95A Shore hardness and a tensile modulus of 30.1 MPa. Its 347.8% elongation at break enables significant stretch without tearing, making it ideal for demanding, high-flex applications.

Thermal Properties

As a TPU-based elastomer, Mosaic Flex delivers stable mechanical performance across typical temperatures. While not suited for high heat, it maintains flexibility and integrity under normal ambient and light thermal loads.

Chemical Properties

Mosaic Flex is highly resistant to abrasion, oils, greases, and many industrial chemicals, making it ideal for components exposed to friction, repeated motion, or harsh environments. Its durability and wear resistance support long service life in demanding applications.
