Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of Array or Array XT (“Array” or “Arrays”) products purchased from Mosaic Manufacturing Ltd. (“Mosaic”, “we”, or “us”) or from an authorized Array reseller or distributor (“Authorized Party”). This Limited Warranty applies only to Arrays sold within the period during which this Limited Warranty is in effect. Mosaic reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time.
A. WARRANTY: Mosaic represents and warrants to the first End-User purchaser of Array that the Array shall materially conform to Mosaic’s published specifications in Array’s documentation, subject to the terms and conditions below. This warranty is not transferable.
B. FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM TO BE VALID:
- Notification must be given to Mosaic before the end of the Warranty Period, as definedbelow;
- The End-User must make reasonable efforts to communicate information requested by Mosaic for purposes of troubleshooting and discovering possible causes of failure;
- It must be substantiated with the original proof of purchase from Mosaic or an Authorized Party, including a receipt bearing the date, price and place of purchase, and the serial number of the Array(s).
- Product must have been purchased from Mosaic Manufacturing Ltd, or an authorized Mosaic Manufacturing Ltd. Reseller.
- Product was purchased new from either Mosaic Manufacturing Ltd, or an authorized reseller. Products purchased used are not applicable for warranty transfer.
C. CLAIM HANDLING:
- During the warranty period, Mosaic or an Authorized Party, at Mosaic’s option, will either (1) send parts and clear English instructions needed to fix the non-conforming Array (or part(s) of Array) in a commercially reasonable time, or (2) repair or replace the non-conforming
- Array, or part(s) of Array in a commercially reasonable time;
- Mosaic shall bear the costs of repair and/or replacement and associated shipping costs, provided that the return is authorized via an RMA number and that return instructions are followed;
- Replacement parts or Array(s) will either be new or refurbished and will be provided on an exchange basis. If defective parts or Array(s) are not returned, Mosaic may bill for these unreturned parts or Array(s).
D. WARRANTY PERIOD: Twelve months (or 24 months for Array with an Extended Warranty, or Array XT) from the date a Array is first delivered to the End-User purchaser after being purchased from us or an authorized Array reseller.
E. EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design, and workmanship. The warranty does not cover alleged Array failure, or damages arising from Array failure, that may have been caused in part or whole by:
- Improper handling during shipping;
- Normal wear and tear in Array’s use;
- Unusual physical or electrical stress;
- Parts installed or altered that were not certified or approved by Mosaic;
- Improper, incorrect, and/or unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repair;
- Abuse or misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use Array for its intended purposes or in accordance with Mosaic’s instructions on usage and maintenance;
- Failure due to incorrect assembly, installation, or use not consistent with the instructions (including safety and standards discussed in Array’s user manual);
- Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, fire, water, improper ventilation, electrical surges, or causes beyond Mosaic’s control.
MOSAIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OBJECTS, OR THE APPLICATION OR USE OF OBJECTS, ARISING OR CREATED FROM USE OF ARRAY OR ARRAY XT.
F. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM: Please contact Mosaic by email at warranty@mosaicmanufacturing.com and include:
- Any information that can help us diagnose any issues,
- Your Array’s serial number, and
- Proof of purchase (an order confirmation email, or a picture of your receipt). You may also be asked to include a picture of your Array’s diagnostics (which can be accessed by turning on your Array, and navigating to Diagnostics).
G. LIMITATIONS/DISCLAIMERS: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE END-USER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST MOSAIC WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW. EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, MOSAIC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, WITH REGARD TO Array’s PERFORMANCE. WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE FOREGOING, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. MOSAIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF MOSAIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
H. STATUTORY LAWS. *
- SOME COUNTRIES, STATES, PROVINCES, OR REGIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF REMEDIES OR OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE APPLICABLE TIME PERIODS, SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY;
- THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS APPLICABLE IN THE JURISDICTION OF PURCHASE THAT CANNOT BE DEROGATED FROM BY PRIVATE AGREEMENT OR WHICH MAY PROHIBIT THE APPLICATION OF ANY PROVISION OR STIPULATION HEREIN. Array Return Policy
30-day period (from delivered date) for refunds, excluding any shipping, setup, tear down, and restocking expenses.
Array must be taken down and packaged for shipping by Mosaic staff. The customer is responsible for all shipping and tear-down costs of the unit. Mosaic will charge the same amount for shipping and tear down as was billed for shipping and set up (excluding any discounts or price adjustments that may have been offered).
Array must be shipped back in its original packaging. Customer must pay for the shipping of these crates to the customer’s site if they return their Array. Pricing will be provided by Mosaic as needed.
Wooden crates are on loan as part of an Array purchase and must be returned to Mosaic after the install (at Mosaic’s cost).
Mosaic may at their discretion include crates with the purchase and not remove them from the customer site. If this is the case and customer decides to return their Array and the packaging has been discarded, the customer is required to purchase new packaging material directly from Mosaic. Pricing will be provided by Mosaic as needed.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective units (as per the warranty, if the unit contains manufacturing defects, the customer will receive an exchange). Further deductions may be made if the unit is damaged to bring the product back to its original state.
As per the warranty, if the unit contains manufacturing defects, the customer will receive an exchange. If the customer chooses to return the unit instead of proceeding with the exchange, the return policy conditions will apply.
Element
Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of Element or Element HT (“Element” or “Elements”) products purchased from Mosaic Manufacturing Ltd. (“Mosaic”, “we”, or “us”) or from an authorized Element reseller or distributor (“Authorized Party”). This Limited Warranty applies only to Elements sold within the period during which this Limited Warranty is in effect. Mosaic reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time.

Element Return Policy
